1. Authorisation status

OceanMind is an authorised financial services provider with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (FAIS). FSP No. 55689 We are authorised to give advice and render intermediary services on the designated categories of insurance products.

2. Compliance officer

3. Professional indemnity cover

We hold professional indemnity and fidelity-guarantee insurance in line with FAIS requirements.

4. Conflict-of-interest management

We maintain a Conflict of Interest Management Policy designed to identify, disclose, and avoid conflicts that could compromise objective advice. The policy is available on request.

5. Complaints procedure

6. POPIA compliance
